Our storage facility is located at 1021 S Bracken Dr, just off S Richter Road and nearby S W Bay Shore Dr. We're only 1 mile from downtown Suttons Bay and easily accessible from Leland, Glen Arbor, Bingham and more.
WHEN ARE YOUR ACCESS HOURS?
We are delighted to confirm that we provide 24 hour access to our facility.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Our office is open for calls on (231) 225-9659 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday.
WHAT IS PORTABLE/MOBILE STORAGE?
Instead of renting a storage unit at a facility, portable (or mobile) storage means that your storage unit is delivered to your own home or business. Many customers love the convenience of having their storage unit so close. It's perfect for storing items that you regularly need access to. All you need is the space and we'll deliver the unit!
WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR STORAGE UNITS?
Our storage units are available in the following sizes: 5ft x 10ft, 10ft x 10ft, 10ft x 20ft, 10ft x 30ft, 12.5ft x 30ft. Our portable storage units are available in two sizes: 5ft x 8ft, 6ft x 12ft.
DO YOUR UNITS HAVE DRIVE-UP ACCESS?
Drive-up access is available for your convenience. Simply park your car right outside your storage unit and unload directly inside.
CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE AT YOUR FACILITY?
Absolutely! Depending on your budget and requirements, we provide both covered and uncovered parking options to store your car, RV, boat or other vehicle. Please contact us for more details.
ARE YOU CLOSE TO TRAVERSE CITY?
You bet! Traverse City is only 15 miles away from our facility in Suttons Bay via M-22 S and S W Bay Shore Dr.
